Refund Policy

1. Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital services and the time invested in strategy, design, and development, our services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Deposits

Any upfront deposits required to secure your place in our schedule or to begin work are non-refundable.

3. Exceptions

If we are completely unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a pro-rated refund for uncompleted work may be issued at our discretion.
